DECS provides experienced Professional Engineer (PE) Assignees to represent registered Professional Engineers in the supervision of specialist installation works, with particular expertise in railway infrastructure, trainway systems, and underground tunnelling projects. Our PE Assignees are deployed on both full-time and part-time bases, structured to accommodate the specific supervisory and scheduling requirements of each project.
Each PE Assignee within our team carries a substantive track record in LTA-regulated projects, demonstrating consistent reliability, technical diligence, and sound professional judgement in the execution of their supervisory duties. Our team maintains a thorough command of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) technical guidelines, engineering codes, and approval processes—ensuring that all supervised installation works are executed in full conformance with approved drawings, engineering directives, and the instructions of the Appointing Professional Engineer.
Deployment Capabilities
- Railway & Trainway Systems: Supervision of track, civil, and structural installation works within operational and under-construction MRT/LRT corridors, with familiarity of LTA's safety management and permit-to-work frameworks.
- Tunnelling & Underground Works: Supervision of tunnel lining, segment erection, waterproofing, and associated civil works in compliance with LTA TSCD guidelines and PE-issued instructions.
