RE & RTO Services
We provide Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) staff to meet the customized scheduling needs of our clients, available on both full-time and part-time bases for short-term or long-term deployments. Our team of IES/ACES-accredited Resident Site Staff is highly experienced in taking proactive measures and exercising due diligence to supervise and inspect critical structural works, as well as other construction activities. This is done in strict compliance with the provisions of the Building Control Act, approved plans, and the terms and conditions outlined in the project specifications.
Our Resident Site Staff are dedicated to enhancing project excellence through outstanding commitment, skill, and attention to detail, while prioritizing quality, workmanship, safety, and occupational health throughout the construction process.
PE Assignee Services
We provide Professional Engineer (PE) Assignee staff to meet the customized scheduling and project requirements of our clients, available on both full-time and part-time bases for short-term and long-term deployments. Our experienced team of PE Assignees has a proven track record of reliability and responsibility in representing professional engineers for the supervision of installation works in trainway and tunnelling projects.
With a strong understanding of relevant Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines, our PE Assignees are adept at exercising due diligence in supervision, ensuring compliance with approved plans and directions issued by the professional engineers.
