DECS provides comprehensive civil and structural engineering design and detailing services, developed in strict accordance with applicable codes of practice — including the Eurocodes (with Singapore National Annexes), Singapore Standards (SS), Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines, and project-specific authority directives. Our engineering outputs are tailored to each client’s scope, programme, and technical requirements, with Professional Engineer (PE) endorsement available where required under the Building Control Act.

Areas of Technical Expertise
- Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structures: Comprehensive design and detailing of RC structural systems, including precast concrete components and prestressed elements, in compliance with SS EN 1992 and relevant Singapore National Annexes.
- Structural Steelwork: Design and connection detailing for structural steel frames, transfer structures, and composite systems in accordance with SS EN 1993.
